I called during a drought and couldn't find anyone to even return my calls about sprinkler repair.  These guys were prompt on the phone, apologized that they were backed up but still got me on the calendar.  As it turned out, they were able to get to my place earlier than scheduled.  Angel was very professional, courteous and capable.  Work performed was excellent.  Highly recommended.

They are fantastic!  Emily goes the extra mile to make sure all of the permit docs with the city are approved (and my what an ordeal we went through with the City of Hollywood).  Curtis is a real pro and provides excellent service.  I have used two other sprinkler companies in the past, that pale in comparison in every single way.  East Coast Water Works is honest, reliable and trustworthy.  I recommend them very highly.

It so happens that the owner’s kids go to the same school as my girls.  It was very easy to schedule an appointment for a quote, which was fairly detailed and sent in writing, and equally as easy to schedule for the actual work to be done.  Both employees who came out to the house to do the job were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  They worked tirelessly, yet neatly, until the job was completed.  I would recommend ECWW to anyone interested in quality work, knowledgeable employees, and great customer service!

Did a fantastic job moving an intake pipe on our canal to go around a tree that had grown over it.  The old pipe would keep popping off every time the water level changed too much and they fixed that as well.  Had me up and running in no time.  Would recommend them to everyone.
